Freelance photographer Mireya Acierto’s artistic lenses have focused on global subjects of A-list celebrities, visual artists, fashion designers and musicians. At heart though, this photographer loves working on stories that make an impact socially and morally. 

Since graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Mireya has taught Chicago public school students photography; skillfully managed photo shoots with clients, editors, and creative teams; and expertly retouched digital images for top publications. Her experiences have garnered plum assignments as a freelancer including front-row access to some of entertainment's biggest events.
